Vehicle Accident - Pequea Valley Rd

Tue, Jul 20th, 2010 1:27:00 pm - At 13:27 on Tuesday July 20 - Engine 4-5-1 was dispatched to the area of 79 Pequea Valley Road (Paradise Twp) for a Vehicle Accident Stand-by. Chief 4-5 (Doug Brubaker) arrived on scene with command.

A pick-up truck pulling a flat bed trailer had jack-knifed and the truck portion was partially hanging off the side of a bridge. There were no injuries involved & the occupant was safely out of the vehicle upon arrival. Once PSP completed their investigation, KFC crews along with the help of a crane truck from Stoltzfus Welding, LLC were able to maneuver the truck back onto the roadway.

KFC units cleared the scene at 15:07pm
